Virtus Minerals
Ore to OEM.
Virtus was founded to address problems encountered by OEMs and tiered suppliers due to the challenges of the post-pandemic supply chain. Seeking to secure critical minerals and rare earth elements for manufacturing, Virtus has focused on establishing ore-to-OEM verticals. Virtus’ first project was ROK Metals S.A., a copper and cobalt refinery in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Virtus continues to expand its operations strategically with a focus on battery and magnet materials.
Through socially responsible practices, Virtus creates value for stakeholders while adhering to the highest environmental, ethical, and sustainable standards.
